Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, returns are only accepted for unopened and unused items in their original condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Must include original receipt or proof of purchase and Product must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Opened, used, or tampered items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

To start a return, you can contact us at myskinbutbetter.hk@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and shipping details. Please do not return items without prior approval—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for: opened or used skincare products, items bought on sale or promotional bundles or gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase another item, please complete the return of your original item (if eligible), and place a new order separately.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. The product must be unopened and unused to qualify, with all original packaging intact.

Refunds 
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
